What do you need:
● 7+ years of experience in the IT industry with a deep understanding of JavaScript, including TypeScript standards;
● Extensive experience with Node.js, with a focus on the Nest.js framework and scalable application design;
● Extensive experience with React;
● Solid track record of leading complex projects;
● Proven experience with AWS or other cloud providers;
● Demonstrated ability to lead development teams, mentor junior developers, and drive projects from inception to completion with extensive code review processes;
● Business mindset and FinTech/EdTech domain experience;
● Experience working on pre-sales and discovery phases with strong architectural skills, experience in designing and implementing robust, scalable solutions in cloud environments;
● English level: Upper Intermediate Strong or higher, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.

What you will do:
● Conduct pre-sales activities, including NFR elicitation, architecture of solution defenition, estimation preparation, risks defenition;
● Conduct discovery phases;
● Analyze and reccomend external libriaries and tools that can speed up development process;
● Conduct, support and code review process of development teams;
● R&D activities and POC execution;
● Conduct interviews of external candidates;
● Adhoc troubleshooting on the projects and code improvement in case of emergency.

Would be a plus:
● Experience with Python, PHP or .Net;
● Experience leading/working in competence/SDO office;
● Experience with solution audit servises.
