About you:
We are looking for a hands-on specialist who will support outbound campaigns by executing first-touch outreach including cold calls. This role is focused on execution. You will work with structured processes and tools, performing cold calls and logging outcomes.

You will work directly with the outbound lead and follow a clear system.

Responsibilities:

Cold Outreach Support

• Perform cold calls: call direct numbers or office lines, ask to connect to the right person, log call outcomes

Process Execution

• Follow defined outbound processes and sequences
• Work in batches and maintain high accuracy
• Meet daily targets for calls completed

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in cold calling, telesales, or outbound phone-based roles
• Genuine interest in cold calling and outbound sales communication
• Confident phone manner, comfortable handling rejection and gatekeepers
• Strong ability to follow structured processes and scripts
• Strong level of English
• Experience with Excel / Google Sheets for logging call outcomes

Nice to have:

• Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot)
• Experience with outbound dialers or tools (Apollo, Aircall, or similar)
• Exposure to insurance, fintech, or B2B markets
