🌟 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in iGaming
• Hands-on experience managing bonuses, promotions, or campaigns
• Strong analytical mindset and confident data handling
• Confident user of Excel / Google Sheets
• Experience with event-based and seasonal promotions
• Experience collaborating with Retention teams
• English level: Intermediate or higher

🎯 Responsibilities

• Develop and implement bonus and promotional strategies for Casino
• Launch and optimize promotional campaigns, including:
  • Deposit bonuses
  • Free spins
  • Cashback offers
  • Tournaments, lotteries, leaderboards
• Plan and launch tournaments, jackpots, and gamification mechanics
• Analyze the performance of bonuses and promotions. Candidate must be able to interpret campaign results and draw insights
• Collaborate with CRM, Affiliates, Product, and Support teams
• Perform basic fraud and bonus abuse monitoring
