Java Backend Developer

Are you a Java Backend Developer who enjoys building clean, reliable backend systems, working with integrations, and taking ownership of your tasks?

We are looking for a Java Backend Developer to join our team and work on a new CRM product as well as existing backend systems and integrations. You should be comfortable with Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, SQL, and daily communication with the team in English.

What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain backend applications using Java and Spring Boot
• Build and support REST APIs and backend integrations
• Work with SQL databases using native queries and JPA/Hibernate
• Help improve existing backend services, refactor code where needed, and keep solutions maintainable
• Participate in technical discussions, clarify requirements, and suggest practical solutions
• Work with Jira, Git, code review, and Agile/Scrum processes
• Communicate clearly with the team in English on a daily basis

Your Skillset

Core

• Java

• Understanding of OOP and SOLID principles
• Basic understanding of data structures and algorithms
• Understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum workflows
• English level B1 or higher
