To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher level of English; additional foreign languages will be an advantage, as we work with clients worldwide.
  • Higher education in Marketing, Philology, Business, or a related field.
  • 1+ year of experience in client communication, account management, customer support, or customer success.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a client-oriented approach.
  • Confident PC user with experience using Google Workspace and online communication tools.

Responsibilities:

  • Consult clients on platform functionality and services via chat and email.
  • Conduct online meetings and consultations with clients through Google Meet, Telegram, and other communication channels.
  • Assist clients in selecting effective promotion strategies for their apps/products on the platform.
  • Monitor client activity, campaign performance, and overall platform results.
  • Maintain client communication records and prepare reports on account progress.
