Our client is a service company specializing in GIS solutions and B2B IT outsourcing for international clients. The company is actively growing its lead generation function and focuses on attracting high-quality leads within the SME segment.

In this role, you will work directly with the CEO and have a real impact on the development of the team and the business.

 

About the Role

We are looking for a Lead Generation Team Lead who will take ownership of the team and help scale lead generation processes.

This role is ideal for someone who combines hands-on experience with a strategic mindset and is ready to improve results through data-driven decisions and process optimization.

 

Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of 4 lead generation specialists
  • Achieve KPIs for both the quantity and quality of leads
  • Ensure lead qualification and relevance
  • Optimize and scale lead generation processes
  • Analyze conversion rates and improve channel performance
  • Work with LinkedIn, email outreach, and automation tools
  • Maintain high-quality data in CRM (Odoo)
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales Manager

     

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in lead generation
  • Proven experience managing a team
  • Experience in B2B (SME segment)
  • English proficiency at C1โ€“C2 level
  • Strong skills with LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Experience with email automation tools
  • Analytical mindset and data-driven approach
  • Experience in building or optimizing processes

     

Nice to have:

  • Experience in IT, engineering, or GIS companies
