Photo Retoucher in Creative Team

EXITEK is looking for a talented Photo Retoucher with strong Photoshop skills and experience using Generative AI tools to create high-quality advertising creatives for our mobile photo editing apps.

About the Role

You will create and retouch images used in paid advertising and social media campaigns, helping showcase the capabilities of our photo editing products through compelling visual content.

Responsibilities

• Retouch and enhance photos using Adobe Photoshop
• Create high-quality ad creatives and before-and-after transformations
• Use Generative AI tools to assist with image creation and editing
• Adapt creatives for Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and other marketing channels
• Collaborate with marketing and user acquisition teams to develop and test new concepts
• Maintain high visual quality and consistency across all assets

Requirements

• Strong Photoshop and photo retouching skills
• Experience creating advertising or social media creatives
• Experience with Generative AI tools such as Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Flux, Firefly, or similar
• Good understanding of composition, color, lighting, and visual aesthetics
• Ability to work efficiently and produce multiple creative variations
• Strong attention to detail

Nice to Have

• Experience working with mobile apps or consumer products
• Performance marketing creative experience
• Familiarity with Lightroom or other professional editing tools
• Experience working with user acquisition or growth marketing teams
