It offers a user-friendly interface resembling paper forms, facilitating seamless data entry for assessors. Assessments can be accessed through web browsers, Windows tablets, or mobile devices.

The development process utilizes a WYSIWYG editor for content and behavior, enabling the integration of scoring algorithms directly into the system. The application also needs to support localization in more than 50 languages.
