Senior .NET / Mobile Developer (Warsaw)

Location: Warsaw, Poland
Employment Type: Full-time, In-House — On-Site Only
Salary: Up to $6,500/month equivalent, depending on experience, plus performance-based bonuses

About the Role

One of the largest logistics and storage companies in the region is building a modern technology platform to replace dependency on legacy operational software.

We are looking for a Senior .NET / Mobile Developer to work closely with the CEO and leadership team and help build the platform foundation, integrations, and mobile application.

This is a hands-on senior role for someone who can take ownership of delivery, work independently, and build reliable business-critical software across mobile, APIs, and operational systems.

The platform will connect customer-facing and operational services, including the website, customer portal, mobile app, access control systems, payments, reporting, and notifications through a modern API-driven architecture.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain backend services using .NET / C#
• Develop and support the mobile application
• Design and implement APIs between business-critical systems
• Work on mobile features including:
  • Secure authentication
  • Biometrics
  • Device-level security
  • Push notifications
  • Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) integrations
• Build integrations with customer portals, access control systems, payments, reporting, and notifications
• Contribute to technical decisions, documentation, and development standards
• Work directly with senior stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver practical solutions
• Evaluate suitable technologies, platforms, and integrations when required

Requirements

• Strong commercial experience with .NET and C#
• Commercial experience delivering mobile applications
• Hands-on knowledge of mobile security, biometrics, permissions, push notifications, and BLE
• Experience designing and integrating APIs
• Experience building business-critical software platforms
• Understanding of CRM, CMS, ERP, or operational systems
• Recent experience with CMS/CRM-style platforms, preferably Umbraco
• Strong knowledge of databases and cloud infrastructure
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of delivery
• Comfortable working directly with senior stakeholders
