Coach / Business Trainer

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for an experienced Coach / Business Trainer to join our VIP Department and help elevate communication quality, service standards, and team performance.
This role is ideal for a professional who goes beyond delivering training sessions. We are looking for someone who can build effective development systems, improve VIP communication standards, and drive measurable improvements across the team.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Assess the current skills, competencies, and development needs of VIP Managers
- Design, implement, and continuously improve onboarding and training programs
- Conduct training sessions, workshops, and individual coaching sessions
- Develop communication standards, scripts, training materials, and guidelines
- Improve the quality of interactions with VIP and Platinum players
- Help shape and maintain a premium customer experience throughout the player lifecycle
- Analyze real communication cases and identify opportunities for improvement
- Provide ongoing feedback, mentorship, and support to team members
- Monitor training effectiveness and implement best practices to improve performance
- Introduce premium service standards and customer-centric communication approaches
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- 3+ years of experience as a Coach, Business Trainer, Learning & Development Specialist, or similar role
- Proven experience building training systems and development programs from scratch
- Strong communication, coaching, and facilitation skills
- High emotional intelligence and ability to work with different personality types
- Experience training client-facing teams, such as VIP, Sales, Retention, Customer Support, or Account Management
- Understanding of premium service principles, retention strategies, and customer psychology
- Ability to transform insights into actionable development plans and measurable improvements
- Strong organizational skills, leadership mindset, and ability to work independently
- Fluent Russian is mandatory
- Experience in iGaming, VIP Management, Retention, Luxury Services, or Hospitality will be considered a strong advantage
