Analyst-Generalist

Role overview: 

The Analyst-Generalist will support CUCollaborate’s Research Team by conducting research, analysis, operational work, data validation, and project support across all product lines. This role will work with cross-functional teams to translate data and research into useful insights that improve client solutions, support product development, and strengthen service delivery. The position includes both project-based work and routine, process-driven tasks that require accuracy, consistency, and focus. 

Important Note: Candidates must demonstrate prior knowledge of CUCollaborate’s platform, tools, and services, and are expected to research and familiarize themselves with the organization before applying. 

Responsibilities: 

• Analyze structured and unstructured data using internal tools, client files, maps, and AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT). 
• Where technical skills allow: Work with databases, APIs, and data platforms. 
• Prepare clear, data-driven reports for clients and internal stakeholders. 
• Identify patterns, draw conclusions, and support decision-making. 
• Collaborate with Product and cross-functional teams; communicate blockers and deliver insights. 
• Prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and understand the business context behind each request. 
• Maintain data accuracy in HubSpot; support QA and ongoing data maintenance. 
• Suggest process improvements and keep tasks updated in Azure DevOps. 
• Build deep knowledge of CUCollaborate's products, clients, and Product Teams. 
• Follow Product Team updates and participate in company meetings. 
• Ensure all work aligns with internal and external regulations. 

Requirements: 

• 1+ year in data entry, analysis, or quality; strong entry-level candidates considered. FinTech experience is a plus. 
• Ability to clean, validate, organize, analyze, and summarize data. 
• Proficiency in Excel and common data tools. 
• Intermediate to advanced English (written and spoken). 
• Analytical mindset - able to evaluate data quality, challenge assumptions, and propose solutions. 
• Clear communication to both technical and non-technical audiences. 
• Independent, accountable, and organized approach to work. 
• Curious and open to learning new tools, including AI. 
• Adaptable to changing priorities; proactive about improving efficiency. 
• Nice to have: SQL, Python, Power BI, Azure Synapse Analytics, R, APIs, and data platforms.
