We are looking for an organized and proactive Travel Manager who will take full ownership of business travel operations across the company. This role is being introduced as part of the expansion of our Commercial Department and will become the central point of coordination for all employee and management travel worldwide.

Key Responsibilities
- Organize end-to-end business trips for employees, managers, and external partners, including flights, hotels, transfers, visas, insurance, and travel allowances.
- Coordinate and maintain travel calendars, ensuring efficient scheduling and avoiding conflicts.
- Research and propose optimal travel solutions balancing comfort, timing, and cost-efficiency.
- Manage booking processes and coordinate approvals with stakeholders before finalizing arrangements.
- Monitor travel expenses and ensure compliance with company budgets and travel policies.
- Build and maintain relationships with airlines, hotels, travel agencies, and service providers.
- Prepare and manage travel-related documentation, confirmations, insurance policies, and expense information.
- Support employees during travel disruptions, cancellations, delays, and emergency situations.
- Continuously optimize travel processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and service quality.
- Coordinate travel arrangements for management and support high-priority business trips.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Travel Management, Travel Coordination, Operations, Executive Support, Business Support, or a similar role.
- Proven experience organizing multiple business trips simultaneously.
- Experience coordinating travel for external stakeholders, partners, or clients.
- Strong understanding of travel logistics, booking processes, and international travel requirements.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to make decisions under time pressure.
- Experience managing travel budgets and maintaining accurate records.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- High level of ownership and responsibility.
- English level B2+ (written communication is especially important).
Tech Skills
