Senior Full-Stack Engineer (Node, React) - BE/Infrastructure focus

About the role
We're looking to strengthen our engineering team with skilled Software Engineers who have a product mindset. Our teams work on real product features end-to-end — architecture, implementation, testing, and monitoring — with strong ownership over their area.
We build products for developers, and we're developers ourselves — so we care about understanding what our users need and shaping the product accordingly, not just shipping tickets. Engineers here have a real say in technical decisions and in how we bring ideas to life, working with a modern stack.
What you'll do
- Design the overall architecture of the web application
- Lead full-stack feature development — from API design to UI/backend implementation
- Write reusable code and internal libraries
- Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and reliability
- Solve bugs across the stack
- Cover functionality with tests and monitoring
- Work closely with product, design, and engineering peers
- Contribute across all phases of the development lifecycle
- Bring fresh ideas and suggest new technologies relevant to your team
Who you are
- 4+ years of experience as a full-stack or backend-focused engineer
- Strong proficiency with Node.js, JavaScript, TypeScript
- Experience with React or similar frontend frameworks
- Experience with NestJS
- Experience with Postgres
- Cloud experience (preferred: AWS)
- Infrastructure as code (Terraform, HashiCorp)
- Experience with AI integrations (including knowledge of AI/LLM)
- Comfortable owning a feature or system end-to-end, including architectural decisions
- Strong communication — you share your thinking and ask questions proactively
- A team player who puts the mission ahead of individual preference
- Beauty and simplicity of your code
- Upper-Intermediate or higher English
Nice to have
- GraphQL
- Experience with vector databases or LLM orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, etc.)
- Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes/ECS)
- Familiarity with observability tooling (Datadog, Grafana, Prometheus, etc.)
