We are currently hiring a Senior Full-Stack Engineer for our Infrastructure team, where the focus is heavily on Backend development, cloud infrastructure, and deployment processes.

 

This role combines software engineering with DevOps responsibilities, so we're looking for engineers who enjoy building backend services and working with infrastructure.

 

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with: Node.js / TypeScript, AWS, Terraform, deployment processes and CI/CD, cloud infrastructure and system reliability, React, backend architecture and APIs.

 

What you’ll do

  • Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs.
  • Develop and manage AWS infrastructure using Terraform.
  • Own CI/CD pipelines, deployments, and infrastructure automation.
  • Write clean, reusable, and well-tested code.
  • Optimize applications and infrastructure for performance and scalability.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and improve system reliability through monitoring and observability.
  • Contribute to both software development (FE & BE) and DevOps initiatives, with a strong focus on backend and cloud infrastructure.
  • Bring fresh ideas and continuously improve our architecture, tooling, and engineering practices.

 

Who you are

  • 5+ years of experience as a Full-Stack Engineer with a strong Backend focus
  • Strong proficiency in Node.js, TypeScript, and JavaScript
  • Hands-on experience with NestJS
  • Solid experience with AWS and infrastructure services
  • Experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, deployments, and DevOps practices
  • Experience with PostgreSQL and automated testing (Jest or similar)
  • Solid experience with React 
  • Strong understanding of scalable backend architecture and cloud-based systems
  • Comfortable working across development and infrastructure, taking ownership from code to deployment
  • Passionate about solving complex technical problems and continuously improving systems
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Upper-Intermediate or higher English level

 

Nice to have

  • GraphQL
  • Experience with monitoring and observability tools
  • Experience managing production infrastructure and improving system reliability

  • Team: 5 people (middle-seniors)
  • Team’s location: Ukraine&Europe
  • There are functional, product, and platform teams and each has its own ownership, and line structure, and teams themselves decide when to have weekly meetings. 
  • There are cycles of 8 weeks and teams can be mixed.
  • Engineers are involved in all parts every two months to work on different things.
