Are you a QA Engineer who enjoys understanding product logic, testing complex CRM workflows, and helping the team release stable, reliable functionality?
We are looking for a QA Engineer to join our team and work on a new CRM product as well as regression and smoke testing for existing CRM systems. You should be comfortable with manual testing, API checks, SQL/data validation, clear bug reporting, and daily communication with the team in English.
What You'll Do
- Test new features and existing CRM functionality manually
- Perform smoke, regression, and UAT testing across different environments
- Validate REST APIs, request/response behavior, and integration flows
- Check data correctness using SQL queries and database-level validation
- Write, update, and maintain test cases, checklists, and testing notes
- Report bugs clearly with steps to reproduce, expected result, actual result, screenshots, logs, and relevant technical details
- Use Jira and Zephyr or similar tools for issue tracking and test-case management
- Collaborate with developers, product stakeholders, and other QA team members
- Clarify requirements and identify edge cases before or during testing
- Help improve testing coverage and release confidence
Your Skillset
Core
- Manual testing fundamentals
- Understanding of smoke, regression, functional, and UAT testing
- REST API testing basics
- SQL basics for data validation
- Browser DevTools and network request inspection
- Jira or similar issue-tracking tools
- Test cases, checklists, and bug-reporting practices
- Understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum workflows
- English level B1 or higher

- Swagger / OpenAPI
- Zephyr, TestRail, or similar test-management tools
- Basic Playwright knowledge or interest in test automation
- Experience with CRM, admin panels, or internal operational tools
- Integration testing experience
- Basic Git knowledge
- Understanding of frontend/backend interaction and API contracts
