Position: Lawyer
Reported to: Head of Legal

Responsibilities: 

• Provide direct legal support to the Head of Legal in managing complex legal matters and supervising Group transactions and projects
• Conduct legal research on regulatory issues, licensing, and approvals across multiple jurisdictions
• Provide assistance with legal support for business expansion, including entering new markets and launching new products
• Monitor, interpret, and advise on regulatory changes affecting the Group’s activities; identify potential risks or compliance issues
• Draft, review, and prepare corporate documents and agreements
• Prepare legal memoranda, summaries, and opinions with minimal supervision
• Perform other legal tasks as assigned by the Head of Legal

Requirements: 

• Master’s degree in law 
• 3–5 years of proven legal experience, preferably in licensing, corporate law, tax, or fintech.
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
• Ability to provide practical legal solutions
• Strong negotiation, communication, and teamwork skills 
• Analytical mindset with keen attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
