XFT Document Composer Consultant

We are looking for an experienced XFT Document Composer Consultant to support a large-scale HR transformation program focused on automating and standardizing HR document generation across the organization.

As part of this initiative, XFT Document Composer is being introduced as the central solution for creating employee-related documents integrated with Oracle HCM and SAP systems.

Your main focus will be designing, migrating, and optimizing document templates, ensuring they are automated, scalable, and aligned with business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing HR documents and identify opportunities for standardization and automation
• Design and develop document templates in XFT Document Composer
• Migrate legacy templates (mainly Microsoft Word-based) into XFT
• Implement template logic, conditions, and reusable content blocks
• Build and maintain data mappings between Oracle HCM, SAP, and document templates
• Collaborate with HR, IT, and local business teams to gather requirements
• Ensure templates align with corporate branding and formatting standards
• Support testing phases (FAT, FIT, UAT) and resolve template-related issues
• Create documentation, guidelines, and support knowledge transfer to internal teams

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with XFT Document Composer
• Solid background in document template development and automation
• Experience with HR documents (employment contracts, offer letters, employee documents, etc.)
• Good understanding of XML, template logic, and dynamic field mapping
• Experience integrating with Oracle HCM, SAP, or similar enterprise systems
• Advanced Microsoft Word template engineering skills (styles, structure, formatting logic)
• Experience working in HR transformation or enterprise IT projects
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical template solutions
• Fluent German (nice to have)

Nice to Have

• Experience with large-scale HR system transformations
• Knowledge of document lifecycle automation
• Previous experience in global/multi-country HR environments
