Operations Manager

We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Manager to take ownership of our day-to-day operational processes and campaign execution.

 

This role is ideal for someone who:

You will play a key role in ensuring our campaigns, systems, and operations run efficiently while supporting business growth and performance objectives.

What You'll Do

  • Manage and optimize daily campaign and traffic operations
  • Monitor campaign performance and implement improvements to maximize results
  • Launch, maintain, and oversee new campaigns
  • Coordinate creative asset production and support operational workflows
  • Manage and guide remote support staff to ensure timely task execution
  • Monitor the health and stability of operational infrastructure
  • Identify bottlenecks, troubleshoot issues, and drive process improvements
  • Ensure compliance with internal procedures and industry best practices
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support growth initiatives
  • Maintain accurate reporting and provide operational performance insights
  • Respond quickly to critical operational issues when required

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in Operations, Performance Marketing Operations, Traffic Management, Project Management, or a similar role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to make decisions based on performance data and business objectives
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership
  • Ability to perform under pressure and handle multiple priorities
  • High level of English, both written and spoken
  • Technical aptitude and comfort working with digital systems and tools
