Who are we looking for?
A developer who knows how to build products using AI - not as an experiment, but as a core workflow. It is important to us that you are already using AI tools in everyday development and can show how this changes your speed and quality.
What exact tools you use is not so important. Tell us how you work with them and what results you achieve.
We have several products - payment systems, a financial audit platform, a real-time analytical tool. You will develop them: improve the architecture, add new functionality, scale and support. And there are new AI products ahead: big plans, and you will participate in their creation from the very beginning

What to do
- Develop and scale existing products - from payment infrastructure to analytical dashboards
- Participate in the creation of new AI-Native products - from idea to production
- Design and implement backend services, APIs, data pipelines
- Work with the frontend part of products - the ability to build interfaces is important, not knowledge of a specific framework
- Use AI tools as part of your daily workflow - to speed up development, code generation, debugging, refactoring
- Suggest improvements - in code, in processes, in architecture. Your opinion is not just important here - it plays a key role

In the era of AI, specific technologies are not the main thing. If you haven't worked with anything on the list, that's not a problem. The developer’s mindset is important: the ability to understand new things, understand how systems work, and quickly achieve results.

What will be a plus

- Experience in fintech or payment systems
- Understanding of message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ) and caching
- Working with real-time data pipelines
- Introduction to DevOps practices: Docker, CI/CD, cloud infrastructure
- Experience with microservice architecture
- Understanding of the principles of information security and anti-fraud systems
