Middle Strong/Senior QA Engineer

TodaPay is an international fintech company operating in the digital payments and financial infrastructure space across multiple jurisdictions. We support high-growth payment operations with multi-currency transactions, crypto payments, and complex corporate structures.

We are looking for a Senior Manual  QA Engineer to join our product engineering team. In this role, you will own the quality of product features across the full development lifecycle, leading manual testing efforts while contributing to the growth of our automation capabilities. You will design and execute comprehensive testing strategies, identify risks early, and ensure that releases meet high quality standards. Working closely with developers, product managers, and DevOps engineers, you will help improve testing practices, expand automated test coverage, and support reliable, efficient delivery of product features.


Key Responsibilities:
Quality Ownership

• Own the quality of product features across the full development lifecycle.
• Define and execute comprehensive manual test strategies for new and existing functionality.
• Design test scenarios, test cases, and exploratory testing sessions to uncover edge cases and risks.
• Actively participate in requirements refinement and design discussions to ensure testability and quality.
   

Manual Testing Experience

• Perform functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing.
• Identify, document, and track defects with clear reproduction steps and impact analysis.
• Ensure release readiness through structured regression cycles and risk assessment.
• Improve test coverage and testing approaches for complex product workflows.
   

Automation Contribution

• Develop and maintain automated tests for critical flows.
• Contribute to the development and evolution of the test automation framework and expand the automated test suite to increase coverage.
• Collaborate with engineers to integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
• Support the team in improving test reliability and execution stability.
• Experience using AI tools to support test automation (e.g., generating or maintaining tests) is a must.
   

Collaboration

• Work closely with developers, product managers, and DevOps to ensure quality throughout delivery.
• Contribute to improving team testing practices, documentation, and processes.
   

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as QA Engineer
• Strong expertise in manual testing methodologies
• Experience designing test strategies, test plans, and test cases
• Solid experience with: functional testing, regression testing, exploratory testing, API testing
• Experience working in Agile product teams
• Strong analytical and defect investigation skills

Automation (Junior/Middle) level

• Basic to intermediate experience in test automation
• Ability to write automated tests for UI or API
• Familiarity with at least one automation tool/framework such as:
• Selenium / Playwright / Cypress
• REST API testing frameworks
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automated test execution
• Willingness to expand automation coverage over time
   

Nice to Have

• Experience with performance testing
• Experience with penetration testing
• Experience testing microservices architectures
• Familiarity with Docker, cloud environments, or DevOps workflows
