Manual QA Engineer (with automation focus)

About the role:

We’re building a modern multi-tenant SaaS platform with a strict TypeScript monorepo (frontend + backend).

Looking for a Middle+ Manual/QA Engineer (with automation focus) to work on new features, integrations, and performance improvements.

Project Tech stack:

• TypeScript

• Node.js
• PostgreSQL
• AWS

Requirements:

• 3+ years of industry experience as a QA Engineer.
• Strong experience with our core stack: testing web applications built on React, TypeScript, and Node.js (Express).
• Solid knowledge of databases and ORMs: with a primary focus on PostgreSQL and experience with Drizzle ORM (experience with MySQL/MSSQL is still a plus).
• Understanding of modern cloud infrastructure and how to test applications deployed via AWS (ECS Fargate, RDS, S3).
• In-depth knowledge of different testing methodologies, testing types, and techniques.
• Extensive experience in Web-testing and API-testing (REST/SOAP), with deep understanding of HTTP and Web-services.
• Proficient with browser Dev Tools.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript and data formats: JSON, XML, CSV.
• Experience in test design, test planning, and preparing comprehensive test documentation.
• Experience with bug tracking and test management systems (Jira is a big plus).
• Upper-Intermediate English level (B2+) or higher, with strong communication skills.
   

Will be a plus:
 

• Experience in writing automated tests (e.g., using Playwright, Cypress, or similar tools), at least with the assistance of AI / Vibe Coding tools (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, etc.).
