  • Own infrastructure as code practices using Terraform and drive improvements across provisioning workflows
  • Develop and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines to streamline software delivery and reduce operational overhead
  • Enhance observability across systems through monitoring, alerting, logging, and incident response practices
  • Collaborate closely with software engineers to support application deployments and operational excellence
  • Contribute to security best practices, access management, compliance initiatives, and disaster recovery planning
  • Drive technical decisions around platform architecture, and long-term maintainability
  • Support AI-related workloads and services operating under enterprise SLAs

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of commercial experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, Platform Engineering, or related roles
  • Strong hands-on experience with AWS and cloud-native infrastructure design
  • Deep expertise in Kubernetes administration and production operations
  • Advanced knowledge of Infrastructure as Code, particularly Terraform
  • Solid experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines in modern engineering environments
  • Ability to work independently, prioritise effectively, and deliver consistently within distributed teams
  • AI-native engineering mindset, you actively leverage LLMs and AI tooling to improve productivity and engineering workflows
  • Proven track record of taking ownership and delivering high-impact infrastructure initiatives

Nice to Have:

  • Experience supporting AI/LLM infrastructure and workloads in production environments
  • Familiarity with workflow orchestration platforms such as Temporal
  • Experience in fintech, KYC/KYB, fraud prevention, or other regulated industries
  • Background working in startup or scale-up environments with small, high-performing teams
  • Experience implementing security and compliance frameworks within cloud environments
  • Open-source contribution history

What We Offer:

  • Fully remote, flexible work culture with long-term stability
  • High-impact product work within an AI-native fintech company solving real-world problems
