Senior Full-stack Engineer (React+Node.js)

We’re looking for a highly motivated Senior Fullstack Engineer with
strong skills in React (frontend) and Node.js (backend).
You’ll own features end-to-end: designing, building, and shipping
user-facing experiences and scalable APIs. You’ll work closely with our product and AI teams to create a seamless mobile-first platform capable of serving millions of users globally.
This is a hands-on role with high autonomy, direct impact, and the
opportunity to shape both our product and engineering culture from the ground up.

What You'll Be Doing
● Teaming up with the founding crew to help shape our product
direction.
● Building and maintaining high-quality, performant React-based
web and mobile-first UIs.
● Designing and building Node.js APIs and backend microservices.
● Connecting the frontend to complex video and data pipelines.
● Ensuring seamless integration of 9:16 mobile-first video
experiences.
● Building features end-to-end: idea → design → development → testing → launch.
● Writing clean, modular, testable, and maintainable code across the
stack.
● Collaborating with Product, Design, and AI engineers to push the
boundaries of short-form storytelling.
● Operating with autonomy and ownership, making technical
decisions that directly impact millions of users.

What You'll Need
● 5+ years of professional fullstack development experience.
● 3+ years of hands-on experience with React (Hooks, Context, state
management, performance optimization).
● 3+ years of experience building Node.js backend systems (Express,
NestJS, or similar frameworks).
● Strong understanding of JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.
● Experience designing and building APIs (REST and/or GraphQL).
● Solid experience with relational (Postgres/MySQL) and NoSQL
databases (MongoDB, DynamoDB, etc.).
● Experience deploying production apps in AWS / GCP / Azure.
● Familiarity with CI/CD, Docker, and scalable system design.
● Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
● Background in developing B2B/SMB web platforms.
● Highly independent, accountable, and a team player with a startup
mindset

Nice-to-Haves
● Experience with React Native (or another mobile framework).
● Background in video streaming, content platforms, or social apps.
● Familiarity with AI/ML integrations (LLMs, prompt engineering,
agents).
● Experience with real-time features (WebSockets, pub/sub systems).
● Experience building consumer-facing products at scale (B2C,
gaming, streaming, social, or e-learning platforms- millions of users).
