We're looking for a highly autonomous Full Stack Software Engineer who thrives in fast-paced environments and can independently build complete applications from concept to deployment.

About the Company

Our client is a stealth AI company developing infrastructure that powers reinforcement learning (RL) environments for leading AI labs. Their systems operate directly within modern AI training loops, helping shape how advanced AI models are evaluated, improved, and deployed.

This is production-focused engineering with real-world impact — not research for research’s sake.

What You'll Do

• Build full-stack applications end-to-end (frontend, backend, infrastructure)
• Translate loosely defined ideas into production-ready systems
• Design and implement systems supporting RL environments and AI agent workflows
• Deliver high-quality software quickly while maintaining scalability and maintainability

• Collaborate directly with founders, researchers, and engineering leadership

   

How You'll Work

• Own a single project from start to finish
• Report directly to an Engineering Manager
• Operate with a high degree of autonomy and minimal oversight
• Use modern AI development tools (Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, etc.) to accelerate delivery
• Review, validate, and take ownership of all generated code
• Independently move from idea → architecture → deployment

Requirements

• Proven experience building and shipping production applications end-to-end
• Strong full-stack engineering background, including:
  • React
  • TypeScript
  • Python
  • FastAPI
  • Modern web architectures
• Strong understanding of:
  • System design and engineering tradeoffs
  • Debugging and performance optimization
  • Writing maintainable, production-grade code
• Experience working independently in startup, freelance, or fast-moving environments

• Ability to use AI coding tools effectively without relying on "vibe coding"

   

Nice to Have

• Experience with LLMs, AI agents, or AI-powered applications
• Experience building data pipelines or web scraping systems

• Familiarity with modern monorepo architectures and developer tooling
