Business Development Manager

About the Company

MUK Computers is one of the leading IT distributors and system integrators in the region. As part of our business expansion, we are looking for a Business Development Manager to drive the growth of the IBM business unit and related enterprise solutions.
 

Responsibilities

• Develop and expand the partner network across Kazakhstan.
• Promote IBM solutions and other leading enterprise vendors.
• Conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations with partners and customers.
• Build and maintain long-term business relationships.
• Achieve sales targets and identify new business opportunities.
• Analyze the market, competitors, and growth potential.
• Coordinate the work of the Brand Manager and Systems Engineer within projects.

• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, and Logistics teams.

   

Requirements

Must Have

• 3+ years of experience in B2B IT sales.
• Experience working in IT distribution, system integration, or with technology vendors.
• Strong understanding of the full sales cycle.
• Higher technical education.
• English proficiency at Intermediate level (B1) or higher.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to structure and present information effectively.

• Proficiency in MS Office and 1C.

   

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of the Kazakhstan IT market.
• Experience with IBM solutions and technologies.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle, Dell Technologies, HPE, NetApp, or other enterprise vendors.

• Existing network of partners or customers.
