Senior DevOps Engineer

We are seeking a Top-Tier Senior DevOps Engineer to serve as a cornerstone of the Customers Area development team. You will be responsible for the end-to-end reliability, scalability, and automation of our next-generation CRM and Communication Platform. You will bridge the gap between development and operations, implementing robust CI/CD frameworks and platform-engineering standards that ensure high availability in a regulated production environment.

Core Responsibilities

• Architectural Excellence: Design, deploy, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure utilizing advanced Infrastructure as Code (IaC) methodologies.
• Pipeline Engineering: Build and optimize sophisticated CI/CD pipelines to accelerate deployment cycles while maintaining strict security and quality gates.
• Reliability & Performance: Act as a lead SRE in production, performing root cause analysis, managing incident resolution, and optimizing system observability.
• Strategic Alignment: Collaborate directly with platform teams and stakeholders to advocate for and implement organizational DevOps best practices.
• Operational Autonomy: Operate independently within a regulated environment, ensuring compliance and platform stability.

Technical Requirements 

• Cloud Infrastructure: Expert-level proficiency in AWS (IaaS).
• Infrastructure as Code: Advanced experience with Terraform and Terragrunt.
• DevOps/SRE Operations: Deep hands-on experience in platform engineering, CI/CD automation, and large-scale incident management.
• Production Readiness: Exceptional ability to troubleshoot complex production environments and conduct systematic post-incident analysis.
• Communication: Professional fluency in English; demonstrated ability to manage stakeholder expectations in high-stakes environments.

Preferred Technical Competencies

• Expertise in Kubernetes and advanced observability tooling (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/Datadog).
• Deep knowledge of Amazon Connect or similar Contact Center/CRM ecosystems (e.g., Salesforce integration).
• Proven track record in mentoring junior engineering talent and driving technical excellence across teams.
