We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to drive the growth and performance of our iGaming product across LATAM markets. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience operating casino products on the GR8 Tech platform and understands the specifics of player behavior, retention mechanics, content management, and market localization in Latin America.

This role combines product ownership, commercial thinking, and operational excellence. You will work cross-functionally with CRM, Payments, VIP, Analytics, and Marketing teams to optimize player experience and maximize product performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the day-to-day performance and development of the product across LATAM markets
  • Manage and optimize the casino offering, including game portfolio, providers, tournaments, promotions, and player engagement mechanics
  • Analyze product performance, player behavior, and key business metrics to identify growth opportunities
  • Collaborate with CRM, VIP, Marketing, and Analytics teams to improve acquisition, retention, and monetization performance
  • Define product requirements and priorities based on business needs and market insights
  • Work closely with platform providers and third-party vendors to implement product improvements and resolve operational issues
  • Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and player preferences across LATAM regions
  • Coordinate localization efforts, ensuring the product experience aligns with local market expectations
  • Participate in launch activities for new features, content, and market initiatives
  • Drive continuous product optimization through data-driven decision making

 

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, Casino Management, or Product Operations within iGaming
  • Proven experience working with the GR8 Tech platform
  • Strong understanding of online casino products, player lifecycle, retention mechanics, and monetization strategies
  • Experience managing products targeting LATAM markets
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret product and business performance data
  • Experience working with product KPIs such as GGR, NGR, Conversion, Retention, ARPU, LTV, and Churn
  • Ability to prioritize initiatives based on business impact and available resources
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
  • Upper-Intermediate English or higher

 

Nice to Have:

  • Experience launching new GEOs or brands within LATAM
  • Understanding of sportsbook products and cross-sell mechanics
  • Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar
  • SQL knowledge
  • Spanish or Portuguese language skills
  • Experience working with CRM, Loyalty, VIP, or Payments functions
