Now our team has a position for Sales Manager / Lead Generation Specialist (IT Outsourcing).
Requirements:
- 6+ months of experience in Sales, Lead Generation, SDR, or Business Development;
- Good written and spoken English skills (B1+/B2 preferred);
- Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset;
- Experience with outbound sales activities and prospecting;
- Experience using CRM systems and sales automation tools.
Nice to have:
- Experience with HubSpot;
- Experience with Instantly or similar cold email platforms;
- LinkedIn prospecting and lead research experience;
- Cold Email Outreach experience;
- LinkedIn Outreach experience;
- Experience generating meetings for sales teams;
- Previous experience in IT Outsourcing, Software Development, or IT Services sales.
Your responsibilities will be:
- Identify and connect with potential clients across the US and Europe;
- Conduct outbound prospecting activities through email, LinkedIn, and other channels;
- Research and qualify leads;
- Generate meetings and opportunities for the sales team;
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and sales tools;
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
