Now our team has a position for Sales Manager / Lead Generation Specialist (IT Outsourcing).
 

Requirements:

  • 6+ months of experience in Sales, Lead Generation, SDR, or Business Development;
  • Good written and spoken English skills (B1+/B2 preferred);
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset;
  • Experience with outbound sales activities and prospecting;
  • Experience using CRM systems and sales automation tools.

 

Nice to have:

  • Experience with HubSpot;
  • Experience with Instantly or similar cold email platforms;
  • LinkedIn prospecting and lead research experience;
  • Cold Email Outreach experience;
  • LinkedIn Outreach experience;
  • Experience generating meetings for sales teams;
  • Previous experience in IT Outsourcing, Software Development, or IT Services sales.

 

Your responsibilities will be:

  • Identify and connect with potential clients across the US and Europe;
  • Conduct outbound prospecting activities through email, LinkedIn, and other channels;
  • Research and qualify leads;
  • Generate meetings and opportunities for the sales team;
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and sales tools;
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
