Senior Full Stack Developer (Python / TypeScript)

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to join a fast-growing SaaS startup transforming the professional services industry through AI-powered software that automates complex workflows across documents, search, and matter management.

Project Overview

You will work on a modern AI-driven platform that builds intelligent workflows using LLMs, document processing, and advanced automation. The product focuses on improving how professional services teams manage knowledge, cases, and operations at scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as an independent technical owner, delivering complex features end-to-end (from architecture to production deployment)
• Build and optimize AI-powered workflows, including LLM agents, document processing pipelines, and tool-calling systems
• Design and maintain scalable backend systems, APIs, data flows, queues, and third-party integrations
• Debug and resolve complex production issues across the full stack using logs, traces, and monitoring tools

• Use AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, etc.) as a daily productivity multiplier to accelerate delivery

   

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Strong proficiency in Python (FastAPI or similar frameworks)
• Strong experience with TypeScript and React
• Advanced SQL skills and deep experience in database schema design (preferably PostgreSQL)
• Solid experience with cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure), Docker, and CI/CD pipelines
• Strong architectural background in building scalable async systems, APIs, workers, and queues
• Hands-on experience with production LLM features, AI agents, prompt workflows, and RAG/search systems
• Experience with observability tools (Datadog, PostHog, Langfuse, OpenTelemetry, etc.)

• Proven ability to independently deliver production-ready systems end-to-end

• Experience in high-growth SaaS or startup environments
• Exposure to AI-first product development
• Strong product thinking and ability to collaborate with non-technical stakeholders
