Cloud DevOps Engineer

We are looking for a skilled Cloud DevOps Engineer to join our team and take ownership of cloud infrastructure, automation, and delivery processes across complex, high-availability environments.

Project: You will be working with one of Europe’s largest independent IT groups, operating across 65+ locations in the UK, France, Romania, Spain, and Vietnam. The project involves cloud infrastructure engineering in support of large-scale IT solutions delivered to global businesses and public sector organizations, with a focus on operational efficiency, agility, and modernization.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage scalable cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
• Develop and maintain automation scripts and tooling to streamline deployment and operations
• Build and manage CI/CD pipelines to ensure efficient and reliable software delivery
• Monitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance reliability and scalability
• Ensure cloud infrastructure and applications adhere to security best practices
• Collaborate closely with development, operations, and security teams to integrate and optimize cloud solutions
• Respond to and resolve incidents related to cloud infrastructure and services
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for infrastructure, processes, and tools
• Monitor and optimize cloud costs to ensure efficient resource utilization
• Stay current with the latest cloud technologies and drive continuous improvement

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a Cloud DevOps or similar role
• Strong hands-on knowledge of cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
• Experience with DevOps and infrastructure tools: Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes, CloudFormation
• Proficiency in scripting languages: Python, Bash, or PowerShell
• Solid understanding of CI/CD principles and pipeline management
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to develop effective technical solutions
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Upper-Intermediate English or higher
