Requirements:

— 2.5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance
— Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and release management processes
— Experience working with analytics and monitoring tools (Sentry, Grafana)
— Understanding of client-server application architecture
— Experience testing APIs (REST, GraphQL, WebSockets) using tools like Postman, Swagger, or similar
— Proficiency in SQL for validating and analyzing data in databases
— Experience using terminal and CLI tools for test execution, environment configuration, log analysis, and troubleshooting
— Practical experience creating and maintaining test cases, checklists, and bug reports using Jira/Qase
— Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills

Must Have:
— Understanding of Steam ecosystem specifics and experience with skin trading
— Basic understanding of cryptocurrency deposit and withdrawal processes

Will be a plus:
— Experience in performance testing
— Experience in mobile application testing
— Experience with Playwright

Responsibilities: 
— Testing web applications, backend services, and supporting infrastructure used for trading
— Performing functional, regression, smoke, UAT, and exploratory/ad-hoc testing
— Creating, maintaining, and updating test cases, checklists, and QA documentation
— Reporting and documenting defects in bug-tracking systems
— Participating in refinement, planning, requirements analysis, and release activities
— Participating in root cause analysis of production issues
— Collaborating closely with Product, Development, and DevOps teams to ensure high-quality delivery
— Analyzing test results, tracking metrics, and reporting QA progress to stakeholders
— Verifying the operation of exchange trading mechanisms (orders, bids, quotes)
— Writing SQL queries to validate and analyze data in databases
— Working with debugging and log analysis tools
— Identifying opportunities for process improvement and optimization
