Senior Manual QA Engineer

🚀 Join Our Team as a Senior QA Engineer!
We are looking for a proactive and experienced Senior QA Engineer to join our team and take ownership of product quality across complex web and mobile solutions. In this role, you will work closely with Product Owners, developers, and stakeholders, ensuring high-quality releases, validating business requirements, and improving testing processes.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 2+ years of commercial experience in software testing.
• Upper-Intermediate English with the ability to communicate confidently and understand native speakers – MUST.
• Strong experience testing web and mobile applications, ERP systems, third-party integrations, and APIs.
• Ability to analyze requirements, identify risks, and ensure end-to-end product quality through comprehensive testing.
• Deep understanding of STLC, test design techniques, and QA best practices.
• Experience with functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing.
• Experience with cross-browser, cross-platform, and responsive testing.
• Ability to create and maintain clear test documentation, including test cases, checklists, and bug reports.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and ownership mindset.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Act as a quality owner within the team and ensure high product quality standards.
• Analyze business requirements, identify risks, ambiguities, and missing scenarios.
• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and testing strategies.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, exploratory, and release testing.
• Validate ERP workflows, third-party integrations, APIs, and end-to-end user journeys.
• Identify, document, prioritize, and track defects throughout the development lifecycle.
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, developers, and stakeholders to improve product quality.
• Maintain and improve testing processes and documentation.
