Senior UI Frontend Engineer

As a Senior UI Front-End Engineer, you will join a dynamic product development team responsible for designing and delivering modern web applications. This role will be responsible for architecting and implementing scalable frontend solutions, building intuitive user interfaces, and contributing to the evolution of next-generation enterprise and AI-powered products.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain modern web applications using React, Next.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript;
• Architect scalable, maintainable, and high-performance frontend solutions for enterprise-grade products;
• Build responsive, accessible, and intuitive user interfaces with a strong focus on user experience;
• Develop reusable UI components, shared libraries, and design-system-driven applications;
• Implement application state management using React Query, Redux, and modern frontend patterns;
• Collaborate with product designers and backend engineers to deliver seamless end-to-end user experiences;
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability across modern browsers and devices;
• Contribute to frontend architecture decisions, technical planning, and implementation of best practices;
• Develop and enhance rich document editing, content management, and interactive user workflows;
• Participate in code reviews and ensure high standards of code quality, maintainability, and testing;
• Research, evaluate, and implement new technologies that improve product capabilities and developer productivity;

• Effectively communicate technical solutions and collaborate with stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.

   

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional experience developing modern frontend applications;
• Strong expertise in React, Next.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript;
• Experience building enterprise-grade web applications and scalable frontend architectures;
• Strong understanding of state management solutions such as Redux and React Query;
• Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, Tailwind CSS, Styled Components, and modern UI frameworks;
• Experience working with component libraries and design systems, including Material UI (MUI);
• Experience implementing authentication and authorization solutions such as Keycloak, OAuth, or OpenID Connect;
• Strong understanding of software engineering principles, frontend architecture, testing methodologies, and modern development best practices;
• Experience developing complex user interfaces, dashboards, content management systems, or document-driven applications;

• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

   

Preferred

Experience with AI-powered applications, Large Language Models (LLMs), Claude, Prompt Engineering, AI-assisted workflows, and rich text editor frameworks;

• Experience with backend technologies such as Python, Java, Firebase, Express.js, or similar platforms;
• Previous experience serving as a technical lead or leading frontend initiatives;
• Experience developing commercial SaaS products in enterprise environments;

• Experience with healthcare, analytics, data-intensive, or highly regulated industries.
