We are seeking an experienced Senior Blockchain Engineer to help architect, develop, and scale the next generation of decentralized products and blockchain infrastructure.

1. Role Overview

As a Senior Blockchain Engineer, you will play a critical role in designing and developing blockchain-based systems and smart contract architecture across multiple Web3 products. You will work closely with backend, frontend, DevOps, and product teams to build secure, scalable, and production-grade decentralized applications.

This role requires strong technical expertise in blockchain protocols, smart contract development, and distributed systems, alongside the ability to contribute strategically to product and infrastructure decisions.

2. Key Responsibilities

- Blockchain & Smart Contract Development

• Design, develop, test, and deploy secure smart contracts and blockchain protocols
• Build and maintain decentralized applications (dApps)
• Develop core blockchain integrations for DEX, Web3 gaming, and tokenized real-estate systems
• Implement token standards, staking, governance, and DeFi-related mechanisms
• Optimize smart contracts for gas efficiency and performance

- Architecture & Infrastructure

• Design scalable blockchain infrastructure and backend architecture
• Integrate blockchain networks and node infrastructure
• Develop APIs and middleware connecting blockchain and off-chain services
• Ensure high availability, performance, and fault tolerance of decentralized systems
• Participate in infrastructure planning and system scalability initiatives

- Security & Auditing

• Conduct smart contract reviews and security testing
• Identify vulnerabilities and mitigate security risks
• Implement secure wallet integrations and transaction flows
• Collaborate with auditors and security teams to ensure protocol integrity
• Follow industry best practices for blockchain security and compliance

- Collaboration & Leadership

• Work closely with product managers, designers, and engineering teams
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to engineering best practices
• Participate in code reviews and technical discussions
• Provide technical leadership in blockchain design and implementation decisions
• Stay informed about emerging blockchain technologies and ecosystem developments

3. Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience
• 3+ years of hands-on blockchain development experience
• Strong proficiency in Solidity and smart contract development
• Experience with Ethereum, EVM-compatible chains, or Layer-2 ecosystems
• Strong understanding of DeFi, DEX architecture, and blockchain fundamentals
• Experience building and deploying production-grade dApps
• Solid understanding of distributed systems and cryptography principles
• Proficiency with:
  • Solidity
  • JavaScript / TypeScript
  • Node.js
  • Web3 libraries (ethers.js, web3.js, viem)
  • Git and CI/CD workflows
• Experience with smart contract testing frameworks such as Hardhat or Foundry
• Familiarity with cloud and DevOps environments

4. Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with DEX protocols, AMMs, liquidity systems, or staking protocols
• Experience in blockchain gaming or NFT ecosystems
• Experience with tokenization or real-estate blockchain applications
• Knowledge of zero-knowledge systems, Layer-2 scaling, or cross-chain protocols
• Experience with security audits and formal verification
• Familiarity with Rust, Golang, or smart contract development beyond EVM ecosystems
