CRM Specialist (Email, SMS, Push)

What We Are Looking For:

• Experience in writing SMS/push/email/post texts is a mandatory requirement;
• English language proficiency at B2 level;
• Experience in copywriting will be an advantage;
• Previous work experience in sports industry will be advantageous for the retention manager position.

Responsibilities:

• Writing and sending promotional SMS manually (for sporting events, promotions, etc.);
• Writing and sending push notifications to browsers and applications;
• Creating automated SMS and push notification chains using CRM, Customer IO, and similar tools;
• Reporting and analytics of mass promotional mailings using CRM and Google Analytics 4;
• Writing, editing, and updating sales scripts for telesales;
• Segmenting the call base and assigning tasks to telesales;
• Creating a content plan for all promotional mailings (SMS, push, email).
