Real Estate Bees is a fast-growing U.S.-based real estate lead marketplace. We generate high-intent motivated seller leads through SEO, PPC, YouTube, and social channels, and connect them with real estate investors across the United States.

 

We’re now hiring a Head of Recruitment / Talent Acquisition to fully own and build our hiring function from the ground up.

 

This is not a support role. This is full ownership.

 

You will be responsible for the entire recruitment pipeline β€” from sourcing and closing candidates to ensuring successful onboarding and driving performance through the probation period. Your scope includes not just hiring, but making sure hires actually perform, stay, and contribute to business results.

What you will own:

  • End-to-end recruitment strategy and execution
  • Building and scaling hiring pipelines from scratch
  • Direct sourcing, screening, and closing top-tier talent
  • Managing onboarding and probation success rates
  • Improving quality of hires and reducing early-stage attrition
  • Creating structured hiring processes that scale with the company
