Our primary marketing channels are Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. As we continue to scale, we are looking for a strong Marketing Data Analyst to support and improve our analytics infrastructure, ensure data accuracy, and help drive data-informed decisions across marketing and product teams.

 

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for an experienced analyst who: 

  • Has strong expertise in marketing and product analytics
  • Understands user acquisition funnels, attribution, and conversion tracking
  • Can independently identify, investigate, and resolve tracking issues
  • Is comfortable working with large datasets and transforming data into actionable insights
  • Enjoys working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
  • Has strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

 

Main Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with developers to maintain and improve tracking and attribution systems
  • Create weekly and monthly reports on marketing and product performance
  • Analyze user behavior and identify opportunities to improve conversion, retention, and engagement
  • Design, execute, and evaluate A/B tests across landing pages, onboarding flows, and app store listings
  • Monitor analytics implementations and quickly resolve tracking discrepancies or data quality issues
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all reporting systems
  • Conduct competitor research and provide recommendations to improve business performance and conversion rates
  • Support decision-making with data-driven insights and clear reporting

 

Requirements:

  • English level B1 or higher
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, product, mobile app, or web analytics
  • Strong experience with:
  • Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
  • Google Tag Manager (GTM)
  • BigQuery
  • Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
  • Amplitude
  • Tableau and/or Looker Studio
  • Strong understanding of attribution models, conversion tracking, KPIs, and marketing performance metrics
  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills
  • Strong SQL skills
  • Experience building dashboards and visualizing data for business stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

 

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Mixpanel
  • Experience with Firebase or other mobile analytics platforms
  • Experience integrating analytics platforms such as Amplitude or Mixpanel with AI-powered workflows, models, or automation systems
  • Experience in health, wellness, self-improvement, or subscription-based mobile applications
  • Experience working with CRM platforms such as ActiveCampaign, Infusionsoft, or similar tools
  • Knowledge of Python or other analytical programming languages
  • Additional language skills (Ukrainian, Spanish, etc.)

 

Interview Process:

  • Interview with HR (30 mins)
  • Interview with Operations Manager and Lead of Analytics (1 hour) 
  • Interview with CEO (30 mins)
