QA Engineer

We are a startup developing alternative navigation systems for UAVs, and we are looking for a Middle QA Engineer to take ownership of the testing process and speed up release cycles and pre-flight product preparation.

Tech skills:

• 2+ years as a QA Engineer
• Strong Linux terminal usage
• Python, Bash scripting
• Git, Docker (usage level)
• Test automation experience
• Experience in writing technical documentation
• Upper-intermediate English or higher
•  

Nice to have:

• Experience with UAVs or any other hardware
• MAVLink, ArduPilot
• CI/CD experience

• Driver’s license and experience driving a van (Category B)

   

What you will do:

• Prepare the product for flight tests (assembly, setup, checklist verification)
• Perform functional tests on drones with communication via MAVLink
• Analyze test results and create high-quality bug reports
• Independently fix minor bugs
• Write and maintain technical documentation and user manuals
• Collaborate closely with the development team and work in fast-paced agile-based iterations

• Travel to test sites for flight testing
