As we grow, our sales team is looking for a competitive, proactive, and sharp Allbound SDR ready to drive pipeline, challenge competitors, and break into key accounts.

We’re looking for an ambitious and persuasive Allbound Sales Development Representative who thrives on competition, cold outreach, and turning "no" into "maybe" - and "maybe" into "yes".

 

This role is for an ambitious and creative individual. Someone who doesn’t wait for leads to come in - they go out and get them. You’ll identify potential customers, engage them through email, LinkedIn, and cold calls.

🔍 What You’ll Be Doing

 

  • Identify and prospect outbound leads through research, scraping tools, LinkedIn, and databases.
  • Launch cold email and LinkedIn outreach
  • Jump on cold calls to qualify leads and handle objections.
  • Book meetings and product demos for our Account Executives.
  • Work inbound leads smartly:

    • ROI calculator & website visitors → identify the right person(s), reach out, and convert to a demo.
    • Trial signups & abandoned registrations → analyse drop-offs, follow up, and bring them to a demo.
    • Discovery calls → proactively qualify leads, cancel time-wasters, and confirm valuable demos.

  • Drive outbound opportunities:

    • Target ICP firmographics & demographics with both hyper-personalized manual outreach and AnyBiz automation, test what works, and provide feedback to improve the algorithm.
    • Speak with existing happy customers to generate referrals → convert them into booked demos.
    • Monitor Slack, LinkedIn, Bravado, Reddit for demand signals → engage and book demos.

  • Follow up diligently, track all activity in CRM, and stay accountable for daily KPIs.
  • Craft sharp outreach messages that get replies – and iterate constantly.
  • Know our product, competitors, and positioning inside out.

 

🧠 What We’re Looking For

 

  • 3+ years in outbound sales/lead generation (SDR/BDR) in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Proven success in booking meetings in cold environments (email + voice + LinkedIn)
  • Experience working with international clients (EMEA / LATAM / US)
  • Fluent in written and spoken English – you must sound natural and confident
  • Strong ownership mindset – you’re self-managed, proactive, and results-driven
  • Analytical approach – you test, track, learn, and optimize outreach
  • Discipline
  • Copywriting or persuasive writing skills
  • Experience with CRM (e.g., HubSpot), lead gen tools, scraping, enrichment platforms

  • Experience working in early-stage startups
  • Background in sales tech or martech
  • Knowledge of mass outreach, AI SDR services
  • Fluency in additional languages (Spanish, German, Portuguese, etc.) will be a plus
