Full-stack (Node.js/React) Software Engineer (Tiger Finder)

We’re building a completely new product – Tiger Finder, an AI influencer discovery tool – and looking for someone who’ll play a key role in bringing it to market. 

We’re after a proactive software developer with a strong product mindset and a bit of entrepreneurial spirit. Not just a person who writes code — we want you to be curious about how users experience the product, comfortable making technical and architectural decisions, and excited about crafting sleek, modern UIs.

You’ll work directly with the company’s founder and an amazing team building a new exciting product!

Responsibilities:

• Build and ship new features as part of a completely new product from the ground up.
• Take ownership of your work — from UI to architecture to implementation and deployment.
• Collaborate with designer, product manager, and other developers to turn ideas into a smooth user experience.
• Contribute to technical decisions and help shape the product’s overall architecture.
• Review code, share feedback, and learn from teammates to keep quality high.
• Keep an eye on performance, scalability, and maintainability as the product grows.

What we’re looking for:

You’re curious about how people use what you build, and you’re not afraid to suggest improvements that make the experience better. You’re comfortable making decisions, asking questions, and taking initiative. You’ll take the time to understand the market and the problem we solve for the users.

Must-haves:

• Curiosity about UX and product design — not just how it works, but how it feels to users.
• Independence and ownership: you don’t wait around for instructions.
• Comfort with making architectural decisions and trade-offs.
• A collaborative mindset: you value teamwork, feedback, and knowledge sharing.
• Proactive, self-starter approach.
• Based in Kyiv (or Kyiv region).

Additional requirements:

• Experience working in product-focused teams (especially SaaS). Last experience must be in product/startup company.
• Ability to balance speed of delivery with long-term quality.
• Entrepreneurial spirit — willing to experiment, learn, and adapt.
• 4+ years of full-stack development experience: TypeScript, React, Node.js, Microservices, Databases
