Senior Manual QA engineer

We are looking for a Senior Manual QA engineer with experience in writing test documentation as well as creating user stories and acceptance criteria to join our team and work on our project for a medical institution.

We are looking for an experienced manual QA/BA engineer who can create and maintain test documentation to bring their expertise to our team and help transform a large project we are working on.  

About the project

The project we are working on consists of a web-based application with over 10,000 current users; It is developed for the entire research community to review, monitor, and manage research portfolios. The main goal of the project is to unite distributed and complex organizational processes into one application and help alleviate administrative burdens.

Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience in manual testing;
• Strong knowledge of QA processes and methods;
• Strong software and web application testing experience;
• Experience in writing test documentation;
• Experience in creating user stories and acceptance criteria;
• Skills in understanding business needs in order to produce requirements;

• Good written/spoken English;

   

Nice to have

• Interest in learning automation on Java;

• Business Analyst experience.

   

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements to create user stories and acceptance criteria;
• Create and maintain test documentation;
• Perform functional, smoke, and regression testing;
• Work closely with developers and business stakeholders;
• Develop automated and performance tests on the project.
