We are looking for an experienced Legal Counsel.

Requirements:

• Higher legal education
• 3+ years of experience as a lawyer, preferably in
  iGaming, IT, Game Development, or FinTech
• Strong knowledge of B2B contract law
• Experience working with international contracts
• Confident English (Upper-Intermediate / Advanced) —
  contracts drafting and correspondence
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to
  work independently

• Understanding of high-risk / regulated industries is a
  strong plus
   

  Key responsibilities:

• Full legal support of the company’s activities in the iGaming
  industry
• Drafting, reviewing, and managing contracts, including:
  - B2B distribution agreements
  - Software / Game Provider agreements
  - NDA, SLA, Non-compete, Non-solicitation agreements
  - Marketing, Affiliate, and Influencer agreements
• Legal support of deals with operators, aggregators, and
  platform providers
• Support of licensing processes (MGA, Curaçao, UKGC, etc. —
  considered a plus)
• Interaction with external legal counsels and regulatory
  authorities
• Ensuring compliance with requirements in the areas of:
  - IP (copyrights, trademarks, content)
  - AML / KYC (at the provider level)
  - GDPR / Data Protection
• Legal review of new products, game mechanics, and marketing
  activities
• Participation in corporate matters (group structure, corporate
  documents, resolutions)
