Junior Business Development Manager

We’re looking for a Junior Business Development Manager to join our team and help us build strong partnerships, communicate with clients, and grow our network.

Requirements
- 6+ months of experience in sales, lead generation, recruitment, customer support, or a related field;
- Strong written and spoken English (Intermediate+);
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills;
- Attention to detail and organized approach to work;
- Proactive mindset and willingness to learn;
- Experience with LinkedIn, CRM systems, or outreach tools will be a plus.
Key Responsibilities
Primary:
- Support communication with clients, partners, and candidates via LinkedIn, Telegram, and Email;
- Conduct introductory calls and gather key information about client needs;
- Assist with lead generation and business development activities;
- Maintain and update CRM systems (HubSpot, Monday);
- Follow up with leads and keep communication organized;
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure smooth project delivery.
Secondary:
- Assist in preparing for conferences, events, and networking activities;
- Research potential clients and market opportunities;
- Explore new outreach channels and communication methods;
- Support other business development initiatives as needed.
