Requirements:

• Fluent in English, Polish, and Russian
• 1–2 years of experience in hotels and/or airports
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to handle travel groups and coordinate tours smoothly

Responsibilities:

• Leading and assisting tourists during their trips in Kenya
• Coordinating airport and hotel procedures
• Providing a professional and smooth travel experience for guests
• Supporting daily tour operations
