- 1–2 years of experience in hotels and/or airports
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to handle travel groups and coordinate tours smoothly
Responsibilities:
- Leading and assisting tourists during their trips in Kenya
- Coordinating airport and hotel procedures
- Providing a professional and smooth travel experience for guests
- Supporting daily tour operations
