Full-Stack Developer at FlashProxy

Remote, full-time. Ideally someone in Eastern Europe who can work hours that overlap with GMT+3.

FlashProxy sells proxy and IP infrastructure on subscription. Small team, so you'd work directly with the founders and actually own your work instead of pushing it through endless approvals.

We need a full-stack dev to handle the software side: our website, our APIs, and the internal dashboards the team runs on. Long-term and full-time, not a short contract.

What you'll do

• Build and maintain our website
• Design and extend our APIs
• Build internal dashboards and tools for the team
• Own features start to finish, not just code someone hands you

What we need

• A few years of solid full-stack experience, strong on both front and back end
• Good with API design and databases
• Someone who can run with things on their own and cares about doing them right
• Fluent English, since you'll be talking to us daily

Stack (roughly): TypeScript, React/Next.js, Node, Postgres, Supabase. You don't need all of it if you pick things up fast.

Later on there's room to get into the infrastructure side, the networking that actually runs the product, and to start helping clients with the technical stuff. Something to grow into, not a requirement now.

Pay: $3,000-4,500/month depending on experience.
