Flutter Developer (Middle+ / Senior)

We are looking for a strong Flutter Developer (Middle+ / Senior level) to join a fintech project focused on building a banking application from scratch.

The project is at an early stage, so we need an engineer who can take ownership of the mobile direction, help define the architecture, and build a scalable and maintainable application foundation.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building products from the ground up and is comfortable making technical decisions in collaboration with the team.
 

Requirements:

• Strong commercial experience with Flutter and Dart
• Experience building mobile applications from scratch
• Solid understanding of mobile application architecture
• Experience designing scalable and maintainable solutions
• Understanding of clean architecture principles and state management approaches
• Experience integrating REST APIs
• Knowledge of application performance optimization and security best practices
• Experience publishing and maintaining applications in App Store / Google Play
• English level: B2+
   

Nice to have:

• Experience in fintech or banking-related projects
• Experience with CI/CD for mobile applications
• Knowledge of Firebase or other cloud services
   

Responsibilities:

• Build and develop a banking mobile application from scratch
• Design and implement application architecture
• Make technical decisions regarding app scalability and maintainability
• Collaborate with backend and product teams
• Develop new features and core functionality
• Ensure high application performance and stability
• Participate in code reviews and technical discussions
