Support Engineer

Israel-based autosport IT company is looking for a skilled Support Engineer to join our team. We develop products that enhance the user experience in both real-world and simulated autosport environments, including multiple web-based applications that provide real-time performance insights to drivers, teams, and racing data.

As a Support Engineer, you will be responsible for:

• Supporting customer Live Race Events across the globe (Europe, USA, South America, Australia), Racing School Events, and Sim Racing Events
• Monitoring and comparing our data with customers’ real-time data during live events
• Communicating with customers regarding unexpected situations such as missing data, schedule changes, canceled sessions, or platform-related issues
• Investigating and analyzing reported issues and escalating them when necessary
• Supporting web-based products and assisting users with troubleshooting
• Working with APIs and databases for data validation and issue investigation
• Collaborating closely with development and product teams to ensure smooth event operations
• Documenting issues, updates, and resolutions in Jira, Confluence, or similar tools

We are looking for a candidate who possesses:

• Strong English communication skills
• At least 1 year of experience in technical support, product support, or web application support
• Experience working with Jira and Confluence (or similar tools)
• Basic understanding of APIs and experience with tools such as Postman or Swagger
• Experience working with relational or document-oriented databases, including basic querying and data validation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment during live events
• High level of responsibility and attention to detail

Working schedule:

• Regular working hours: Thursday–Monday, 09:00–18:00 (Tuesday and Wednesday are days off)
• Additional hours required outside of regular working hours during live events or critical activities are compensated separately according to the hourly rate
• Only candidates currently located in Kyiv or willing to relocate to Kyiv after the war will be considered
