Manual QA

We are looking for a detail-oriented Manual QA Engineer to join our growing product team. This role is primarily focused on manual testing, with opportunities to contribute to test automation initiatives(30%).

Responsibilities

• Perform manual testing of web and mobile applications
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, designers, and QA team members throughout the development lifecycle
• Analyze requirements and participate in early-stage quality assurance activities
• Create, update, and maintain test cases, checklists, and related QA documentation
• Identify, document, and track defects through resolution
• Execute functional, regression, smoke, sanity, and end-to-end testing
• Validate frontend, backend, API integrations, and core business workflows
• Conduct cross-browser, cross-platform, and mobile device testing
• Support existing automation frameworks and contribute to automation efforts when needed
• Continuously improve QA processes and testing approaches
• Use modern AI-based tools to optimize testing workflows and increase productivity
• Proactively communicate risks, blockers, and testing status

Requirements

• • 1,5-2+ years of commercial experience in software testing
  • Strong practical experience in:
  - Web application testing
  - Mobile testing
  - API testing
  • Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and QA methodologies
  • Basic knowledge of SQL and JavaScript
  • Experience working with bug tracking and test management tools (e.g. Jira, TestRail)
  • Familiarity with Git-based workflows
  • Understanding of REST APIs and client-server architecture
  • Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
  • Upper-Intermediate English level or higher (B2+)

Nice to Have

• Experience with test automation tools 
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS or Google Cloud
