Graphic Designer

Eldorado is a fast-growing iGaming product focused on player engagement, retention, and long-term value in international markets.

We are looking for a Graphic Designer to create visually engaging marketing materials, promotional assets, and player-facing creatives that strengthen our brand and drive engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Design marketing materials for CRM, promotions, social media, affiliates, and advertising campaigns
• Create banners, landing page visuals, promotional graphics, and in-platform assets
• Collaborate with CRM, Marketing, Product, and Retention teams
• Maintain brand consistency across all communication channels
• Develop creative concepts for player acquisition and retention campaigns
• Adapt creatives for different markets and audiences
• Support A/B testing initiatives through creative variations

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer
• Strong portfolio demonstrating digital marketing and advertising creatives
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, or similar tools
• Understanding of performance marketing principles
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects
• Attention to detail and strong visual communication skills
• English — Intermediate+
