Senior .NET Engineer (Must have Fintech exp.)

Position overview
As a Senior .NET Engineer on the Fintech Core project, you will drive the development of key product modules within a modular white-label fintech platform designed for rapid deployment of digital banking and payment solutions. You will take ownership of technical implementation, architectural decisions, integration approaches, and engineering quality within one of the platform’s major client deployments.
 

The role requires deep expertise in backend engineering, distributed systems, and fintech integrations, with strong focus on scalability, reliability, security, and maintainability. You will work closely with Architects, Product Owners, DevOps Engineers, and cross-functional development teams to design and implement high-performance microservice-based solutions that support complex financial operations.
 

This position is ideal for a proactive and technically strong engineer with hands-on experience in fintech or banking systems, who is capable of leading module-level development initiatives, mentoring engineers, and driving engineering excellence across the project.

Your Background

-5+ years of experience with .NET backend development
-Experience with fintech, banking, or payment systems
-Strong understanding of microservices architecture
-Experience with ASP.NET Core, REST APIs, and gRPC
-Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes
-Experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, MongoDB, RabbitMQ, Kafka
-Strong knowledge of software architecture and clean coding principles
-Experience with AWS is a plus
-English level (Upper-Intermediate.)
